How to Snipe

Find out how to snipe - Follow these 5 simple steps to place your snipe.

Step 1 Find your item on eBay

Using the search function on eBay find your item of choice

Step 2 Copy the eBay 'item number'

Once you have found an item, take note of the eBay item number located as the top of the item description (see screenshot below). You may like to select the number and copy it to the 'clipboard' or alternatively write the number down on a piece of paper.

Step 3 Log into Hotsniper

Sign into Hotsniper Member Login using your registered username and password

Step 4 Enter auction details

Cut and paste the 'item number'. Hotsniper will then automatically place your bid in the closing seconds of the auction beginning with the lowest possible bid.

Step 5 Place your snipe

Then a picture will appear of the item you are bidding on. Hotsniper is ready to place your snipe. Hotsniper then automatically places your maximum bid in the last few seconds of the auction. Sit back and relax while Hotsniper goes to work for you!
